A Canadian telecommunications company had knowledge but not enough people

Challenge:

This client had a customer who wanted them to implement and support a CISCO Network in a brand new data centre. Our client had the internal expertise. However, the volume of work required exceeded the capabilities of their existing full-time IT staff. Client required multiple high level IP Resources delivered to a client site for long-term engagements within a 60-day timeframe. CCIE Certification was needed for the majority of resources; Security, Voice, and Data Centre resources were in very high demand at the time.

Solution:

Led by our Senior Network Architect, Muhammad Tahir, our team of consultants successfully delivered the immediate requirements while servicing the ongoing Voice and Data Professional Services grouprequirements. Due to the depth of our technical resources in this area we provided a virtual bench of professional services resources. The result was a fast and cost-effective deployment of our consultants who met our client’s mission-critical business needs.

“Integrity is one of two main vendors of our group here in the Toronto area. They have excellent business ethics and strive very hard to ensure our reputation remains strong. The feedback we have to date on file for Integrity in terms of their Professional Services is that their quality of service, their speed of delivery, and their cost effective solutions are all excellent.”

A provincial healthcare organization needed extra IT horsepower to meet pressing needs

Challenge:

In order to meet aggressive project timelines, our client required highly technical application development resources who were strong in .Net and willing to work on a per diem basis with an expectation that from time to time they would exceed an 8-hour day and a 40-hour week. The health organization’s mandate was to take four disparate patient record systems written in older programming languages and develop a new patient record application written in .Net as well as migrate all of the existing medical record data 100% error free. The organization required Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Application Architects, Business Analysts, Application Developers, QA/Testers, Database Analysts, Report Writers, Network Engineers, and Application Support Specialists to augment their full-time staff as they fully deployed the first electronic health record across the Province of Ontario.

Solution:

We provided professionals with the appropriate combination of technical skills and experience to successfully fulfill this challenging assignment. In close partnership with the CIO of the health organization we conducted onsite user requirement definition sessions with key management personnel. Our professional services team was then individually selected to form an effective, cohesive unit. The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget.

“A close partnership between Integrity Professional Services team and our Senior Staff was fostered from the very beginning of our Electronic Health Record project. Together we faced the challenges of a very difficult application development project in the face of a very hostile user community. The Electronic Health Record project had been attempted previously on 4 separate occasions and each and every time if failed. Everyone involved with this project went above and beyond the normal time and effort required in order to deliver this project successfully and on budget. We extremely happy with the performance of Integrity Professional Services and they remain both a client and one of our key vendors today”
